Founding of NeoStrata

The NeoStrata Company was founded by Dr. Eugene van Scott from New York and Dr. Ruey Yu from Taiwan. The two researchers have worked together for more than 20 years prior to this and were the first to make the groundbreaking discovery of Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) in relation to its ability to renew and rejuvenate aging skin, diminishing lines and wrinkles, among other skin enhancing capabilities.
