By using our Website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by any modifications, alterations or updates. These Terms and Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether EDCskincare.com signs them or not.

STORE POLICIES
Please note that you must contact customer service within 30 days of purchase regarding product issues or delivery status. We are not responsible for such issues if contacted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Purchasing Guideline

Purchase of physician strength medical skincare products may require a physician consultation. It is recommended that you have a skincare consultation with a trained EDCskincare.com skincare professional in order to select the best products for your skin type.

Order Processing

We only accept orders within the USA.
Orders are charged at the time of order placement.
Orders are usually processed and shipped in 1 to 2 business days. Average delivery time is 3-8 business days depending on location.
In the event adjustments to your order are necessary, applications of coupons, gift certificates or product adjustments, requests must be made prior to shipping.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Shipping

All orders under $49 in the U.S. are eligible for $5 flat rate shipping.
All orders over $49 in the U.S. are eligible for FREE shipping.
We ship with either USPS or FedEx, depending on the specified shipping address.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive, and we encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

30 Day Return Policy

We will gladly accept the return of (1) unopened items in the original seal and packaging and (2) defective items within 14 days after RMA# is issued and within 30 days from the shipment receipt date. All return items are subject to inspection to ensure that they are unopened and in their original seal and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipment charges, unless otherwise stated in written format by EDCskincare.com. We are not responsible for returned items that become lost or damaged in transit. We recommend sending the return merchandise using a shipping method with tracking number to ensure the package is not mishandled by the return shipping carrier.
To make a return, please email [email protected] for RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and instructions. Return shipments received without an RMA will not qualify for credit.

Backorders

In the rare case that an item becomes backordered, a notification email will be sent to you. Backordered products are usually shipped within 7-14 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Purchase of backordered products will be charged at the time of the order. This helps us secure the backordered products from the manufacturer as soon as the products become available.

Best Price Protection

All purchases at EDCskincare.com qualify for our best price protection - if you find a lower total purchase price for the same product from another official authorized dealer website within 15 days of purchase, we will refund you 100% of the price difference.
Total purchase price includes product, discounts, value of gifts, and any shipping and handling fees.
Product must be identical, including size, lot, and gifts with purchase.
Official authorized dealer websites must be incorporated businesses on the approved dealers list of the manufacturer and does not include auction websites and individuals.

Taxes

We will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state (California). For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Gifts with Purchase

We reserve the right to substitute and/or upgrade the gifts with purchase in your order to items of equal or greater value at no additional charge and without further notice.
