Instructions

Shake well before each use, then pump directly under the tongue according to dosage directions on each box. Take 5 pumps 2-3 times daily for a calming effect. Take 5 pumps 30 minutes before bedtime for sleep, may repeat as needed. For weight above 175 lbs. take 7 pumps.
