Product Description

Blinc Mascara is specially designed to encase your lashes in "tube" which do not run, smudge, clump or flake.*

Instructions

Apply to dry, clean lashes using the wand. The mascara starts to set and begins forming the tiny "tubes" around your lashes in around 2 minutes. Do not let it set before applying another coat. Keep adding coats until you are satisfied with the volume, length and degree of lash separation before mascara sets. Once it sets, you can no longer build. To remove use a combination of warm water and pressure or use a water-based makeup remover. You will see the "tube" as you remove the mascara.
