1. How do I enter coupon code or gift certificate?

1. At the shopping cart page, enter the coupon code or gift certificate in the box.

2. Why isn't my coupon code working?

Coupon codes can be specific to dates, products or minimum total amount. If you are experiencing an error with your coupon code please refer to the website or email and look for the following: Expiration Date, Excluded Brands, Minimum Order Amount. 3. How much is shipping?

EDCskincare.com has a simple shipping fee structure:

  • For orders $49 and over, shipping is FREE.
  • For orders under $49, shipping is a $5 flat fee.

4. Do you ship internationally?

No, EDCskincare.com only ships to domestic U.S. We do not take international orders.

5. How do I track my order?

You will get a shipping confirmation email with shipment tracking information from EDCskincare.com after your order has been shipped.

6. When Am I Charged for My Order?

Payment is due at the time of order placement.

7. Do You Charge Sales Tax?

9% sales tax will only be applied to orders shipping to California.

8. Can I Ship an Order to Multiple Addresses?

If you would like to send a shipment to more than one address, you will have to place separate online orders for each destination.

9. Can I Make Changes to an Open Order?

You may modify your order as long as your order has not shipped. Please note we are only able to change the products if the substitute product is of equal or lesser value. If applicable, the price difference will be refunded to you.

11. What Happens When My Product is Backordered?

If a product ordered is not in stock, you will receive an email within 2-3 business days with the estimated shipping date.

12. Why Was Part of My Order Cancelled and Refunded?

Products that are manufacturer backordered will be removed from your order and the amount charged will be refunded to you. The rest of your order will be shipped shortly.

13. Will I Be Notified Once a Manufacturer Backordered Product Is Available?

We currently are unable to notify customers when manufacturer backordered products are available again for purchase. Please check back with our website periodically.
